How the current Online Income Desk preview handles browser bookmarks, search and the newsletter demonstration.
Current preview behavior
This page describes the implementation currently in this package. It is a provisional notice, not a completed production privacy policy. Hosting uses Cloudflare; publishing data and admin authentication use Supabase. A newsletter service has not yet been connected.
Saved articles
Bookmarks are stored in localStorage in this browser under the key hi-saved. They do not require an account or sync to a server. You can remove them from the Saved list or clear this site’s browser storage. If storage is blocked, bookmarks last for the current page visit only.
Search and email
Article search runs in your browser using the public article index. The newsletter demonstration validates an email locally but does not send or save it. There is no active newsletter subscription or advertising integration. If Google Analytics is enabled by the site owner, it loads only after you accept analytics. It measures visits and interactions using analytics cookies; use Analytics preferences to decline or withdraw. No analytics requests are sent before acceptance.
Images and hosting
Images are served from this site’s own assets. When a host is selected, its request logging and retention practices must be assessed and described here before launch. No claim is made about an unselected provider’s practices.
